In August of 2018 the Rectors purchased a beach home on the quiet East End of Ocean Isle Beach, NC. We enjoyed many weeks and long weekends at our getaway "One of These Days." We also enjoyed sharing our home with families during the summer season. Unfortunately when Hurricane Isaias hit the island in August of 2020, we lost our house to a fire.

Our new house is bigger and better! The name is OIB Phoenix. We thought this name is very appropriate considering the fire and rebuild. We are excited to share our house.

Four bedrooms, four bathrooms. Pool, elevator, and large living room/game room.
-Third Floor - Living room, dining room, kitchen with two dishwashers, Bedroom 4 with two sets of bunk beds, full bath, Bedroom 3 with queen bed and full bath.
-Second Floor - Master bedroom with king bed and full bath, bedroom 2 with king bed and full bath, living room/game room with pull out sofa and wet bar.
