In August of 2018 the Rectors purchased a beach home on the quiet East End of Ocean Isle Beach, NC. We enjoyed many weeks and long weekends at our getaway "One of These Days." We also enjoyed sharing our home with families during the summer season. Unfortunately when Hurricane Isaias hit the island in August of 2020, we lost our house to a fire.

We are rebuilding bigger and better! The name of our new house will be OIB Phoenix. We thought the name is very appropriate considering the fire and rebuild. We are excited to share our rebuilt house and will offer for rent beginning in 2022.

-Third Floor - Living room, dining room, kitchen with two dishwashers, Bedroom 4 with two sets of bunk beds, full bath, Bedroom 3 with queen bed and full bath.
-Second Floor - Master bedroom with king bed and full bath, bedroom 2 with king bed and full bath, living room/game room with pull out sofa and wet bar.
